Yes! We offer 3 months of support after you receive your personalized protocol. During this time, you’ll receive automated check-ins and can reach out for guidance. After that period, additional consultations can be arranged if needed.

How do you handle revisions to the meal plans and protocols?

You’re entitled to a certain number of revisions within a specified period. This ensures we get your plan exactly right without overwhelming you with too many changes at once. Additional revisions can be made after this period for a fee.

Do you offer in-person services?

Yes, for clients located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), I offer in-person services such as grocery store tours and consultations. If you prefer, we can also meet virtually through Zoom or by phone.
